1. The technological process of cleaning wheat
The technology of cleaning wheat is the most important process in procession of wheat. Strengthening the technology of wheat cleaning is indispensable for producing a top-level product.
a. The cleaning section adopts three sifters, two scourers, two stoners, one washer, three magnetic selectors, two adding waters, two tempering wheat, and add up to 15 courses of technological process, in which organic impurities and inorganic impurities can be removed completely from the unprocessed raw grains.
b. The part of tempering wheat adopts two adding water with different level, which can make the water be infiltrated into the center of the wheat to make the bran soft and separate the endosperm from the bran easily; and make broken bran less, and improve the extraction flour, at the same time it can improve the color of the flour and lower the ash content.
2. The technological process of milling flour
a. This production line changed the design of the traditional technological process. Includes a break system, scratch system, and reduction system. Its features are that the scheme of making flour route is long, and make the flour evenly and completely. The new technological process includes “5B3S6M” systems and has 16 courses of technological process of grinding, which can not only ensures the quality of the flour but also ensures the color of the flour is white. The ash content is not only low, but also improves the extracted flour and lowers the power consumption.
b. The scratch system and reduction system adopt a smooth roller, which can improves the color and precision of the flour, and reduces the amount of broken bran and lowers the ash content. Also gets rid of the broken bran.
c. The milling section adopts a Purifier, Bran centrifugal, Bran brush, Flour checking plan sifter, and additional auxiliary equipments to improve the grinding system and shifting system efficiently. As well as improving the flour’s precision and color, it lowers the ash content, and improves the extraction rate and quality of product.
